外籍华人能否延续之前在华购买的社保？

外籍华人注销国内户口后没有中国身份证了，那其入外籍前在中国购买的社保医保，可以正常续上吗？我们给大家分享一下外籍华人回国工作定居，如何延续以前的社保。

一、社保的延续 The continuation of Social Security

（1）未达到退休年龄

（2）在出国定居前已参加职工基本养老保险

（3）出国定居后保留了中国国内基本养老保险关系和个人账户
After settling down abroad, foreign Chinese kept the basic pension insurance relationship and personal account in China

满足了以上三条条件的外籍华人，在回到中国就业并重新参加基本养老保险后，其新、老养老保险关系可以进行接续，个人账户可以进行合并，且回中国后再次参保缴费的年限与出国前的缴费年限进行累计计算。

若外籍华人提交书面申请终止社会保险关系，则可将其社保个人账户内的储存额一次性支付给本人。此种情况下，当该名外籍华人再次在中国就业，其社保缴费年限需重新计算。

二、注意事项 Matters need attention

由于外籍华人再次回到中国就业并重新参加社保基础养老保险时，使用的身份证件是外国护照，与出国前参与社保使用中国身份证有所不相同。因此，部分城市会额外要求提供可证明现国籍身份与以往中国身份为同一人的证明文件。
When Chinese foreigners return to China for employment and re-participate in the basic social security endowment insurance, they will use a foreign passport, which is different from the Chinese identity card they used for social security before going abroad. 三、社保养老金的领取 Draw social security / pension

（1）参加基本养老保险且缴费年限达到15年;

（2）达到法定退休年龄(以当地或行业法规为准)。
Reach the mandatory retirement age (subject to local or industry regulations).

外籍华人可以选择在中国养老，并按月领取基本养老金；也可以选择在中国境外按月领取养老金，但应当至少每年向负责支付其养老金的社会保险经办机构提供一次由中国驻外使、领馆出具的生存证明，或者由居住国有关机构公证、认证并经中国驻外使、领馆认证的生存证明。
