外国人以论文申请工作许可，如何做论文检索？

服务简介Service introduction：

深圳大学城图书馆为读者在申报基金项目、奖励计划、科研统计、职称评审、申请学位等方面提供机构或个人的论文收录引用检索服务，提供客观、准确、权威的论文收录引用检索证明报告。

Shenzhen University Town Library (SUTL) provides institutions or individuals with citation and retrieval services for the readers in applying for fund projects, reward plans, scientific research statistics, professional title evaluation, degree application, etc., and provides objective, accurate and authoritative citation and retrieval certification reports for the papers.

该项服务主要依据读者提供的文献信息，包括文献篇名、作者姓名、作者单位等详细信息，检索文献被Web of Science、EI-Compendex、SCOPUS、MEDLINE、CSCD等国际国内著名检索数据库收录和引用的情况，以及在JCR，ESI等评价资源中的情况。

This service is mainly based on the literature information provided by readers, including the title of the literature, the name of the author, the organization of the author and other detailed information. The retrieval literature is included and quoted by the famous international and domestic retrieval databases such as Web of Science, EI-Component, SCOPUS, MEDLINE, CSCD, as well as the situation in JCR, ESI and other evaluation resources.

注意事项Notice：
• 1、计费规则：以读者提交的论文“篇数”和选择的数据库“个数”计费；总费用与检索结果无关，请读者谨慎提交。
• 2、联系馆员：读者在深圳大学城图书馆查收查引系统成功提交委托单后，就可以通过“操作”栏目下的“联系馆员”进行沟通，这是双方沟通的“窗口”；
  • (1)馆员将按委托单付费先后处理读者委托单，当委托单“状态”显示“已完成”时，馆员会通过该窗口发送报告给读者确认；
  • (2)读者有修改意见或其它要求，请通过此窗口说明，馆员直到收到读者最终的“确认无误”回复和“声明”页签名后，才将报告提交审核；
  • (3)馆员审核完成后，再通过该窗口发送“最终报告”(word附件)与读者。
• 3、出具报告时间：读者在深圳大学城图书馆查收查引系统成功提交委托单后，一般在3-5个工作日内，馆员将为读者出具报告；如果遇到查收查引高峰期或读者提交的论文篇数过多，出具报告时间将顺应延长。
• 4、领取报告方式：疫情期间，深圳大学城图书馆只为读者提供（顺丰到付）快递报告服务。

• 1. Billing rules: based on the "number of papers" submitted by readers and the "number of databases" selected; The total cost has nothing to do with the search results. Please submit it carefully.
• 2. Contact librarian: After the reader has successfully submitted the entrustment form in the check and reference system of Shenzhen University Town Library (SUTL) , he can communicate through the "Contact librarian" under the "Operation" column, which is the "window" for both parties to communicate;
  • (1) The librarian will process the reader's entrustment order according to the payment order. When the "status" of the entrustment order displays "completed", the librarian will send a report to the reader for confirmation through this window;
  • (2) If the reader has any modification comments or other requirements, please explain through this window that the librarian will not submit the report for review until he receives the reader's final "confirmed" reply and signature on the "statement" page;
  • (3) After the review, the librarian will send the "final report" (word attachment) to the reader through this window.
• 3. Time of issuing the report: After the reader successfully submits the entrustment form in the check and reference system of Shenzhen University Town Library (SUTL) , the librarian will issue the report for the reader within 3-5 working days; If there are too many papers submitted by readers during the peak period of checking and indexing, the time for issuing the report will be extended accordingly.
• 4. Method of receiving report: During the epidemic period, Shenzhen University Town Library (SUTL) only provides readers with express report service.

读者在深圳大学城图书馆查收查引系统提交委托单时必须提供论文基本信息，推荐使用“文件导入”方式添加，以下两个模板任选其一即可。
