外国人来华工作，海外学历如何认证呢？

众所周知，外国人来华工作是需要对其学历进行认证的，学历认证是对所获得的国外文凭进行验证审核。那么海外学历如何认证呢？今天和大家分享以下三种办法：

It is well known that foreigners who come to work in China need to certify their academic degree certification, which is to verify and review of foreign diplomas obtained. How to certify overseas education? Today, we shares with you the following three methods:

1、教育部认证：可在教育部留学服务中心做国外学历学位认证。

Ministry of Education Certification: You can do the degree accreditation certification at the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange(CSCSE)

教育部留学服务中心的网站是 http://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/，但是注意：不是所有境外学校都可以办理此认证，请以实际认证情况为准。这个学历认证申请下来了，是长期有效的哦。

The website of CSCSE is http://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/, but please note: Not all overseas schools can apply for this certification, please refer to the actual certification. This degree accreditation certification is permanent.

申请材料：学位证书、成绩单、护照、照片、授权声明等，认证申请所需所有材料均仅需在线上传电子版，扫描上传的申请材料需为原件的彩色扫描件，应忠实于原件，保证清晰、完整。否则有可能影响认证评估进度，造成认证评估不通过。

Application materials: degree certificates, transcripts, passports, photos, consent letter, etc. All materials required for Evaluation Application need to be uploaded online in electronic version. Lored scanned copy of the original, and should be faithful to the original and clear and complete. Otherwise, the progress of the evaluation may be affected, and evaluation may fail.

申请流程: 注册-填写申请信息-上传申请材料-在线支付费用-评估与审核-认证完成

Apply online: Register-Fill in application information-Upload application materials-Pay online--evaluation and review-Evaluation results

认证工作时限：10-20个工作日

注：以下情况可能导致认证工作周期延长

• 1)颁证院校或核查机构因未能及时反馈核查结果的；
• 2)因国内外法定节假日需顺延工作时间的；
• 3)申请人未按要求及时补充有关辅助材料的。

Time limit of Evaluation: 10-20 working days

Note: The following circumstances may lead to extended Evaluation Periods

• 1)The Awarding Body or verification agency fails to feed back the verification results in time;
• 2)The working hours need to be postponed due to domestic or foreign statutory holidays;
• 3)The applicant fails to supply relevant supporting materials in time as required.

2、经我国驻学位证书颁发国使、领馆做认证。

（每个国家的办理流程、资料、费用和时间均不相同，建议跟当地使馆确认）

Authenticated by Chinese embassy or consulate in the issuing country. (Procedures, materials, costs and time are different in each country. It is recommended to confirm with the local embassy.)

3、如外国人人在境内可以直接去学位取得的驻华使领馆认证 (注意：不是所有国家在驻华使领馆都有认证业务，具体请跟学位取得国驻华使领馆确认)。

For foreigners in China, they can directly go to the embassy or consulate of the country where the degree was issued in China to obtain the degree authentication (note: not all countries’ embassies/consulates have verification service, please confirm with the embassy or consulate of the country in China in advance).
